House Rules

 

We warmly welcome all dear guests to the Haus Maria Appartements!

 

To enable you to have an undisturbed stay in our holiday apartment, we have summarized the most important information for you:

 

• Upon arrival at the holiday apartment, the guest is required to hand over the personal documents (identity card/passport) necessary for registration to the apartment owner.

• Occupancy of the apartment is possible from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Further options can be flexibly arranged upon prior agreement.

• The apartment is for relaxation! Loud shouting, noise disturbance, or bothering the neighbors are not allowed, both during the day and at night! Please be considerate of other guests, especially after 10:00 pm.

• Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited!

• Pets cannot be accommodated.

• Our apartments are designed for self-catering. We do not provide meals. There are options for meals nearby, such as restaurants and a grocery store located 200 meters away.

• When leaving the apartment, please always close the gate, the door, and the windows. Do not leave electrical devices on to ensure the security of your belongings and protection against weather damage.

• We do not take responsibility for unattended items left on the apartment premises.

• Parking is available in the courtyard. Please keep the entrance of the gate clear!

• It is prohibited to throw waste into the toilet or at other locations on the property.

• You are responsible for your own safety in your apartment. The owner is not liable for any potential material damages or accidents due to improper use.

• For stays longer than a week, we offer cleaning, linen, and towel changes as needed.
